PRESS RELEASE
Vampires in search for new blood
The London Vampyre Group
celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2005, and will be starting the
New Year with a public Promenade of the Vampires in London on Saturday 8th
January.
Numerous members of the 120-strong
group, in their fangs and full elaborate finery, will be meeting in Trafalgar
Square from 1pm to raise our profile and hopefully gain interest from potential
new members! We will be handing out flyers, posing for photos, selling copies
of our magazine The Chronicles, and answering questions about ourselves, the
group, vampires and any other topics we can!
The London Vampyre Group is an active social group for anyone with an
interest in all things Vampyric (books, films, history and folklore, clothing,
lifestyle etc.) and incorporating the Gothic genre. We do not encourage or promote blood drinking and
do not subscribe to the illusion that vampires are real.
We would welcome any publicity
for this event and hope that you can join us on 8th January. In the
meantime, if you would like any further information, contact details are below.
