Weekend hijinks.
Sep. 20th, 2004 08:52 amRight. First up was Synthetic Culture on Friday, which was excellent as always, and is even better now I'm actually starting to know lots of the TS forum lot.

uvpaladin for his opening set on the top floor, and _exitwound_ for wearing all white. :-)
Got a little down by the end, but that tends to be a problem when I have too much time to think, am tired and a little drunk towards the end of a club night. Them's the breaks.
After a few hassles, got home, found the two people who were crashing at mine (yes, in that order. Don't ask- it was a comedy of errors). And got some sleep. Although, as it later turned out, not nearly enough.
That evening, went to EvilSquared (zenmeisterin's place) for an evil-themed fancy dress party. I stress-tested the Alucard costume, although without the contacts, fangs or shaving, as this was only a trial run. I unfortunately missed a lot of the party due to falling asleep, and I dread the pictures that will no doubt have been taken. The long coat needs shortening slightly as well, I think.
Still, was fun anyway.
And now, back to work. Been told not to use quite as much net time, so I won't be as quick to respond as previously. (They're complaining about bandwidth use, but using online time to check worst users, so I come up top, due to typically leaving an IE window open on my desktop in case I need to google for something. At some point, I'm sure I'll be able to explain to them why that doesn't work...)
Oh, and at some point today, I shuld be finding out whether I'm one of the new Covenant Leads for the Cam WoD 2.0 vampire game. Yay!
