Fuuun!

Well went round to zenmeisterin's flat, EvilSquared yesterday for the final set up of her Exalted game, and finished nailing down Thallen ("The Knife"), and honest, respectable, very rich merchant. Who is, you understand, not in any way shape or form actually a very good assassin. (Dex 4, Melee 5, and an extra 2 dice for anything invlving knives). The game is (at least initially- I've no idea where it'll end up), a Heroic Mortals game- no Exalted (although we have a half-ghost pirate, a Dragon-blooded lineage noble, and someone raised by the fae, as well as the two "normal" heroic mortals). Should be a fun game- the characters have a nice spread of different skills between them, and the personalities are going to be fun too.

Today, I plan to play in a Warlord tournament at SELWG, then I'm off to my parents' for the weekend (well, on the Sunday I'll be doing Labyrinthe LARP actually).

And, as usual, only a half day at work today. Yay!

Meet up for Synthetic Culture next Friday

Next Friday is Synthetic Culture, and beforehand many people will apparently be meeting at the Head of Steam, near Euston station. I thought I'd give it a try, as it's closer to the club than the Dev. So, anyone else a)planning on going to Synthetic Culture and b) feel like meeting there. (It's not hard to get directions if you google, although I'm sure meeting at Euston station could be done too.
