I'm still here!

Haven't posted for a while on anything of note, so I thought it was about time to give people an update...

Things of note from the last week or so:

• mapp visited for a week- this involved various films, Babylon 5, meeting up with lokean, doing the London 'Ling game on the Saturday and a really good (and actually quite exhausting) Mage game with thessalian
  
• Going to see NIN on Monday night with scorpionchild- the only gig I've ever been to that was better was Nightwish. Although I wasn't overly fond of the support band, who were some form of hip-hop, I think.

Anyway, with its usual fun and games, the job situation is about to get interesting. As well as the one I'm waiting for the second interview for, I had an interview for another job on Monday, the only real downside (and it's a fairly big one from my point of view), is that I'd be moving to Bormingham early next year if I got it. I'll be hearing back from them probably on Friday. And I just got a phone call about an interview with another London-based position next Tuesday...so, on the one hand, yay lots of positions popping up, but on the other hand, depending on how quickly the position I interviewed for on Monday wants an answer, I may have to decide upon something that takes me away from London (which I don't want to do unless there's no choice) against the possibility of something else in London. And my finances are not so secure that I can afford to be picky...

Ah well, I'm sure it will work out in the end, one way or another.
