Confused...

nadrielYou know, I'm told that apparently, some young ladies would have found me attractive if I hadn't talked to them. Apparently, they prefer the silent mopey type.
Not sure I get this, as all the complaints I get from the various women who cry on my shoulder is that no-one pays attention to them as a person.
So, by actually trying to listen to them, or those like them, I'm putting them off.
Doesn't that sound like being nice is counterproductive?
I mean, what is wrong with this world when caring is seen as a negative trait?
Oh well, I'm sure this will all become clear in time....
