Yep, it's time to make people wince with my doggerel again.

And if you want to see my other two efforts on this front, this is the first sort of post I'm using tags with...

Anyway, on with the torture.

Do you hear the teachers sing?
Saying “Oh no!” and “Not again”?
It is now term-time and the kids are
Really out of line again!
When the pupils playing up
Outweigh the lessons getting done
There is a feeling that you’re lost
’Till the weekend comes!

Will you cry like admin staff
Who must print letters till half three?
Explaining to the mums
Just how bad their kids can be?
This horrible plight
Is only assuaged by hot tea!

Do you hear the teachers moan?

About the children breaking mice
“We fix them all up again

Wow, I just noticed that. You don't tag stuff. It's so second nature for me to tag things I never notice when others don't until I try to find one of their old posts. Mr Grant doesn't either, annoying when you know it was one of his links you need to find...

there are four teachers in my fammily. if you count teaching martial arts, then i am the fifth.
the good thing about teaching martial arts is the have to do push ups if they misbehave!

What style, out of interest? I've done various martial arts for about 10 years, but I've had to have the last year off because I can't afford it- I'll be restarting once my finances improve.

ooo! me too! but my main style is kenpo karate, where im working on second right now. i still train in tai chi, qi gong, but have given up that the tai kor schedule will ever be accomodating me ever. *sighs*. that was the one with attitude.
what did you study?

7 years Shotokan Karate, 3 years Banryu-Hatten Aikido. I've also done between 6 months and two years of Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-jitsu, Shaolin Kung-fu whilst doing the two main ones.

I want to get back to Aikido, but I'd also love to study Capoeira and Wing Chun kungfu.

i really, really need to get some rest! my day starts in less than 2 hours and i can't even spell 'looking'! now thats bad!
