MI 3

Well, I have to say, it was worth every penny I paid to see it. Which isn't as good when you consider it was a treat from my father...

All I was hoping for anyway was some decent action sequences, and even they were fairly disappointing.

Ah well, let's hope X-men 3 isn't as disappointing.

I have faith that XM3 will be good, though I'm a bit concerned about the fact they've got a different director for the third film. As long as there's no Ewoks though, it's all good.

Plus Kelsey Grammer is cool.

Good money saved, then. I was thinking about it but then thought, nah.

Happy birthday!

Sucky films ... yeah, I know that feeling. I saw "The Fifth Element" recently in DVD and all I can honesty say is "Oh dear". What were they thinking??

The films don't seem to have the same ethos as the series. In the series the plot was all about being sneaky so the bad guys didn't realise that the IMF had pulled off the mission until after they drove off into the credits. In the films it seems to go throuroughly wrong shortly nto the film and end up all actiony as they try to fix it. To me that makes them Generic-Action-Film (tm) not Mission Impossible. I wish they'd show the series again.

Must check calenders more often.

Happy Birthday and all that, forgot (again). But you're used to that.
