The trouble with milk...

...is it's just too damn more-ish. I mean, you have one glass full, but that only whet's your appetite. So you have another. And another. And before you know it, that's another 4 pints gone.

Remind me to never look up the recommended daily maximum milk intake...

You just made my day.
It's a great documentary.

Hail fellow milk lover - You'll have to start getting the 6 pint bottles!

I'll get through 6 pints in a night, and a box of nesquick only lasts about a week.

Sadly, the local co-op only does 4-pinters...

How many did you eventually finish?

[identity profile] nadriel.livejournal.com 2005-10-28 09:52 am (UTC)(link)
I only had 4 pints in the fridge, so 4 pints. If I'd had more available, however...

I have limited myself to three on week days, with unlimited amounts on weekend. Of course, I do not drink every day. I would not be able to work if I did (speaking from experience)

Other than the fat and sugar content, milk's entirely healthy, as far as I'm aware. The only thing you might find is that the excess calcium expresses itself as "milk spots" on your arms. Also, if you're from the Far East, where lactose intolerance is very common, you might findyourself burping and farting and occasionally feeling funny.
