Day 3 begins

Well, yesterday wasn't that much more challenging than the first to be honest- and it's pleasantly ego-boosting, if somewhat tedious, to have finished everything 45 minutes before the rest, even after having to translate from one language to another because there were no course notes on that section in the one I was using.

If nothing else, this course has helped me get my confidence in my programming skills back.

Still, I'm bringing a book for the end of today...:-P

Also, I think I might try and write something after this course- what I've learned so far would be very useful in making a character creattion tool for WW stuff- might see if I can put it together.


Anyway, to give me something to read when I get back this evening, I have a question for you all, gentle (!) readers...what would you say motivates you?

My legacy motivates me....well, i hope to leave something behind once i shuffle off this mortal coil....and not just a corpse or furniture.

I'm motivated by people who tell me I'm good at what I do, praise my efforts, make me feel appreciated.

I need to WANT to do something before I can say I'm really motivated... maybe its a kind of donkey/carrot thing for me... I need to see a palpable reward at the end of my endeavours.

Oh, and MONEY motivates me too!! LOL :o)

To do something that'll be remembered before either (a) my heart finally gives in, (b) my family finally decides to kill me or (c) I suffer from some kind of breakdown and am forced to spend the rest of my life stuck in a little room with squishy walls.
