Nobility also has the tendency to influence others, offering a compelling example of what can be done in the service of rightness....
Should you succeed in even a tiny measure then you will be well remembered for your quality and virtue.


Unfortunately, I've yet to see these be true as general rules. People tend to look on these qualities as someone whose good intentions can be used and twisted, someone who's easy to emotionally wound directly or bait by setting up their loved ones in the path of harm, all for the sake of a power rush and the "entertainment" of drama.

But knowing that doesn't stop me from following the code anyway... just makes me a cynical smartaleck on top of it. ;)
