Well, today is the day where IT departments and workplaces in general across the world lose staff for a day or two, otherwise known as the release day for the WoW expansion, The Burning Crusade. Now me, <strike~>I couldn't get time off</strike> I realise that it's a better plan to go to work and take it slowly, especially as <lj site="livejournal.com" user="matgb"> has kindly offered to go and pick up my preordered copy for me while I'm at work.

But in "honour" of this event, and the succession of lag spikes and server crashes that will no doubt follow, I thought we could play a game, and see what acronyms can be found for the expansion, and possibly a little commentary. Thus far, I have:

To Be Confirmed- a reference for the large amount of slippage involved in the release date of the expansion...

Tested By Crazies- some of my raidgroup got into the beta test for the expansion. Enough said.

Well, I'm not going to make a belf for a long time- I'm keeping up with my undead warlock. The only reason I'll eventually make an elf on horde side is so I can have one character of every class as horde.
