I'm going teetotal for a few months. I've been meaning to for a while anyway, as I periodically do so, and now seems a particularly good time.

Plus, I want there to be no change of anything I say or do over the next few months to be artificially altered in any way.

I tend to do it periodically, for no particular reason.
