Less than good news

My father has just been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It has to be confirmed with hospital tests, but when I went to see him at the weekend, he had trouble seeing properly, and had very bad vertigo, such that he needed a cane and my support when he went out.

Needless to say, this doesn't exactly fill me with happiness and joy...

And work still sucks, but I'm applying for another job in the next few days- doing what I do now, but with more pay, less stress and less responsibility. Here's hoping...

Er,yeah, same as above. My Dad had lung cancer and all the trimmings for five years before he died and that sucked as well. Sorry I can't say anything more cheering; I hope everyone is looking after you in Exeter and everything.
